Job Details :

• You’d help manage day-to-day operations, including duties such as scheduling staff and students, collecting fees, preparing students for tests, performing basic housekeeping tasks, greeting families, answering questions about our organization, and serving as a substitute as necessary.
• You’ll even be a substitute from time to time and help with community fairs.
• Additionally, you’ll assist the director with a wide variety of ongoing and special projects related to product development and real estate.  There’s never a dull moment.
• We’re seeking an individual who our families will see as being professional, articulate, kind, friendly, and patient —a people person.
• English / Spanish speakers are especially welcome to apply.
• The higher your math ability, the better.
• We’re looking for a fast learner who enjoys diving right in.

The hours are Monday through Thursday, from 2 : 30 PM to 7 : 15 PM. So you’ll have plenty of lovely three-day weekends.  We’re interviewing right now and seeking to hire the right person ASAP.  Please note that the first phase is as a temporary employee, from now through December.  Depending upon how well you do, you may well be offered the ongoing version of this position.
