A company is looking for a People and Culture BP Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Support executive leadership in developing and implementing people strategies for Technology and Corporate functions
Lead and develop a team of People Business Partners while executing high-priority initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to address complex organizational challenges and drive improvements in organizational health
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive People or HR experience, with a focus on tech organizations and corporate departments
At least 5 years of dedicated HR Business Partner experience
Deep understanding of working with Engineering, Product, and Algorithms teams
Strong track record of executive-level influence and coaching leaders through change
Knowledgeable in various HR disciplines including employee engagement, organizational development, and performance management
