Physical Therapist

Description of the role : As a Physical Therapist at Springs Village Care Center, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting. Responsibilities : Develop personalized treatment plans for patients Conduct therapy sessions to help patients achieve their physical goals Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques Document patient progress and maintain accurate records Requirements : Valid physical therapy license in the state of Colorado Experience working with geriatric populations preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Benefits : Competitive compensation of $40.00 - $42.50 per hour paid bi-weekly, health insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
