Job Summary

We are looking for an Administrative Officer to work alongside our world leading faculty clinicians and technicians, helping them teach the next generation of veterinarians while also serving the animals and pet owners of our community.
The Chief Veterinary Medical Officer (CVMO) of the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital (VMTH) and the leadership team in the Executive Office have a significant outreach and externally facing set of initiatives, events, and programs involving various constituencies including corporate partners, legislators, and industry and academic leaders. As the CVMO's executive operations analyst, ensure the CVMO's's executive initiatives are planned, staffed, resourced, and executed successfully. The Executive Operations Analyst negotiates with leaders and their staff both internally and externally to ensure the CVMO's's strategic initiatives and associated events and programs operate smoothly and effectively. #CA-AR

The Executive Operations Analyst is part of the Leadership Team in the CVMO's Office of VMTH, one of the largest veterinary teaching hospitals in the world and an integral part of the world-renowned School of Veterinary Medicine. The VMTH, a $85 million enterprise, consists of more than 500 faculty, staff, house officers and students in over 40 veterinary specialties. The VMTH is leading the profession and promotes programs, clinical services, innovative curricular offerings and research discovery at the forefront of veterinary medicine in support of the mission to advance the health of animals, people and the environment.
