Job Summary

This role will be a critical leader in the Dorman Finance team responsible for leading the Order-to-Cash ("OTC") (credit and accounts receivable) and Procure-to-Pay ("PTP") (accounts payable) functions. The role reports to the Sr. Director, Financial Shared Services, and directly supervises 2 managers and 2 team leads, with an overall department of 24.

Primary Duties

• Provide leadership and oversight for all AR operations, including invoicing, collections, cash application, credit management, and dispute resolution.
• Manage the month-end and quarter-end AR close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
• Develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure team performance meets or exceeds expectations.
• Partner with business units, treasury, and controllership to resolve escalated customer issues and optimize receivables management.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, GAAP / IFRS standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization within the AR function to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing AR team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with IT and project teams to implement new systems, tools, or enhancements supporting AR operations.
• Support audits and provide required documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the overall strategy and roadmap of the Shared Financial Services organization
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education / Experience

Experience with SAP and implementation of process automation is a plus
