Position Summary

As an Operations & Enrollment Coordinator, you will oversee both the daily operations of the center and the growth of student enrollment. This is a hybrid role that combines administrative responsibilities, customer service, and sales / outreach. We offer a competitive base hourly wage plus performance bonuses. This compensation structure rewards your organizational skills as well as your initiative in driving growth. Primary Responsibilities

Center Operations

• Open and close the center during assigned shifts.
• Greet students and parents warmly, manage check-in, and assign seating.
• Keep the learning environment organized and running smoothly.
• Assist with scheduling, attendance tracking, and basic administrative tasks.
• Support instructors with materials and daily logistics.
