Support leadership with credentialing, hiring pipelines, and policy setup .

Collaborate with our executive team on HR systems that scale .

What Were Looking For

Passionate about people and community impact.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Interest or background in HR, recruiting, or nonprofit admin .

Ability to commit a few hours weekly (remote / hybrid flexibility).
