You will work with clients and stakeholders to establish the operating structures for large scale programs and be responsible for the day-to-day delivery that drives to successful outcomes for both our clients and for EY.

Your key responsibilities will include leading engagement delivery, managing client relationships, and ensuring that all objectives are met through program / project management. You will develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing engagement economics effectively.

To thrive in this role, you will need a blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills. You should have a comprehensive understanding of SAP program delivery challenges, proven ability to manage client relationships, strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of project and program delivery methods.

To qualify for the role, you must have a bachelor's degree (4-year degree); a master's degree preferred. You should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with one or more SAP Modules, typically 5-7 years of experience leading large SAP deployments across various sectors. You should also have proficiency in program structuring and iterative delivery methodologies, experience in hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies, and strong skills in project and portfolio management tools.

Ideally, you'll also have experience in leading diverse teams and managing change effectively, strong negotiation and influencing skills, a track record of building and managing client trust and value, previous consulting experience, SAP certification(s), and experience with at least 2 SAP program delivery lifecycles.
