Specialist Corporate Account Sales

Job Summary : Work with Sales Support Manager to assist Sales Vice Presidents, Business Development Managers, District Managers, Corporate Account Managers and Sales Representatives to assist with all sales analyst duties. Must be able to follow close attention to detail and be able to follow directions.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Dealer Sales, Business Development, Corporate Account Managers and District Managers : Assists in the preparation of reports, analysis, accounting documentation, and whatever other sales support they require as directed by the Manager of Sales Support
- General sales analyst duties : Prepares sales reports for customers, vendors, and District Managers, Corporate Account Managers and Business Development Managers on an as needed basis.
- Prepares and processes monthly and quarterly reports to the customer, vendors, and District Managers, Corporate Account Managers and Business Development Managers.
- Work closely with multi chain accounts maintaining a clean shared files for point of sales numbers and price key pricing
- Prepare and send out bimonthly commodity changes and monthly price changes.
- The ability to work effectively with various cross-functional teams.
- Ensures orders are processed during OBE events.
- Occasionally will have the opportunity to attend the Spring Dealer Market to assist in the New Guest room and the Corporate Account office.
- Assist with printing, organizing and mailing event materials to Corporate Account Managers.
- Tracking monthly sales for new store agreements and conversion agreements
- Ability to collect, manipulate, and interpret large and complex data sets using statistical and mathematical methods.
- Communicate findings and insights to issues that may occur to District Managers, Corporate Account Managers and Business Development Managers.
- With assistance from the Sales Support Manager set yearly goals based on the company's and departmental yearly goals and strive to work toward completion within the expected time frame.

Good communication and follow-up skills.Skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with upper management, internally and externally.Ability to accept, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks with minimal supervision.Ability to turn around a request in a timely manner.Good computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Google Suite.Ability to learn AS400 / Mainframe, Access, Tableau, Salesforce and Metafile.Ability to pass an Excel test given in our HR department with a minimum score of 75.Minimum Job Qualifications : High school diploma or G.E.D.
