Description
- The Security Enterprise Solutions (SES) Operation provides security solutions for aviation, ports, borders, and critical infrastructure. The operation has a global footprint with products deployed across 120 countries. Travel to customer sites domestically and internationally is required.
SES is comprised of three divisions to align with customers' missions and needs :

Performing customer support activities involving the installation, modification, and repair of complex equipment and systemsConducting on-site installation and testing of equipment to ensure proper working orderIsolating equipment start-up malfunctions and taking corrective actionPerforming ad-hoc and predetermined work assignments with instructionsFollowing all established guidelines, procedures and policiesWorking on assignments which are semi-routine in nature where the ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is requiredManaging resources, maintaining schedules, and coordinating all repair activities in priority sequence to ensure adherence to contractual service level agreements (SLAs)Working in a customer environment with systems operated in a 24 / 7 environment requiring immediate response times and driving long distances to sitesAccepting and updating work orders in CRM systems such as Salesforce, Maximo, and GURU for customersBasic Qualifications
Related trade experience (electrical, electronic, mechanical) or military training; equivalence achieved through comparative work and life experience of 2 years in electrical or mechanical field service; computer literacy; competency in MS Office and aptitude for learning specialized softwareMinimum of 2 years' experience directly involved in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems and equipmentExcellent communication skills with strong customer focus and teamwork; willingness to travel at short noticeMust be able to pass an in-depth background check (TSA eQIP)Preferred Qualifications
