2nd Shift Assembly Technician – Temp to Hire

\n Location : West Fargo, ND

\n Pay Range : $20 - $26 per hour (commensurate with experience / skills)

\n Shift Premium : Additional 7% for 2nd shift

\n Hours : Monday - Thursday, 4 : 15PM - 2 : 45AM; occasional overtime on Fridays\n

\n

\n Position Overview :

\nJoin Kelly® as an Assembly Technician at a top manufacturing company in West Fargo, ND! These technician roles operate a variety of tools and equipment to assemble innovative products.  This is a temp-to-hire position; company benefits are available after successful conversion to permanent employment.

\n Key Responsibilities : \n\n \n\t

• Operate tools and equipment for assembly and disassembly processes\n\t
• Use blueprints, gauges, and precision measuring devices to ensure product quality\n\t
• Participate in safety audits and preventive maintenance\n\t
• Assist in identifying issues and corrective action processes\n\t
• Support cross-training and various shop areas as needed\n\t
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work culture\n
