Job descriptionLead root-cause analysis and complex debug activities on Intel server motherboard platforms. Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and validation scripts. Collaborate with design, BIOS, firmware, and manufacturing teams to resolve product issues and improve first-pass yields. Identify opportunities to enhance test efficiency and reliability through automation, tool development, or workflow optimization. Mentor junior engineers and set quality standards in test methodology and execution. BS / MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. Debug and validation experience is a "must" (debugging processor boards is a "plus"). Production experience is a "must" Knowledge of Digital interfaces is a "must" 5+ years of experience in hardware validation, system-level debug, or similar roles. Strong expertise in Intel architecture, server platform features, and debug tools (e.g., ITP, JTAG, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes). Proven experience in developing and implementing robust validation plans. Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Overview :
Client is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer to lead advanced debug and validation efforts for Intel-based server motherboards. This highly technical role calls for a seasoned engineer with deep expertise in hardware-level diagnostics, as well as the vision to drive process improvement and test strategy innovation across teams.
Keys to the job :
- Debug and validation experience is a "must" (debugging processor boards is a "plus").
- Production experience is a "must"
- Knowledge of Digital interfaces is a "must"
- Looking for someone who can come up to speed quickly.
