Job descriptionBuilding Relationships : Spend quality time with our residents, getting to know them and their unique stories. Personal Care : Assist with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming always with dignity and respect Supportive Presence : Be there for emotional support, whether its sharing a laugh or offering a comforting hug. Encouraging Independence : Help residents with their goals, big or small, and celebrate their achievements. This includes daily living activities such as personal care, household chores, and cooking. Creating Joy : Plan and participate in fun activities that bring joy and excitement to our home. Documentation : Maintain accurate documentation of services provided to ensure all team members are up to date on care given. Family Atmosphere : Were not just a workplace; were a family. Youll feel at home from day one. Meaningful Work : Every day, youll make a real difference in someones life. Supportive Environment : Were here to support you just as much as you support our residents. Growth Opportunities : Were always looking to help our team members grow and develop their skills. A heart full of compassion and kindness A desire to make a difference Experience is great, but we believe in potential and the power of a positive attitude Must be 18 years of age or older, have a High School Diploma or GED, be able to successfully pass a background check, and have a driver's license and reliable transportation with insurance. Previous experience in direct care, healthcare, or a related field is a plus but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills A passion for making a difference in the lives of others
