Job Description
Benefits :
Look, the host gets 'em in the door, but you? Youre the one who keeps 'em there. An Experience Facilitator (server) in this house isn't just a plate-carrier. Youre a conductor. Youre the person who makes sure the evening moves like a fancy watch, smooth and steady.
We aren't looking for someone to just read a specials board. We can hand guests an iPad to do that. We need someone who knows how to treat a table like its the only one in the world.
The Operation
Youre the primary point of contact. You need to know the menu like the back of your handif a guest asks about The Arsonist, you don't go "checking with the kitchen." You know the answer because you're a professional. You anticipate the need before the guest even feels it. A half-empty glass? Its filled before they look for you. A dropped napkin? Replaced before it hits the floor.
Whats Expected
The Arrangement
This is a high-stakes room. The tips are right because the service is right. You bring us your A-game every single shift, and well make sure youre well-fed and well-respected. We treat this place like a sanctuary, and we expect you to guard that reputation.
