Key Responsibilities
Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems
Implement security measures and monitor compliance with requirements
Provide technical support to staff and manage software and tools access
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
2+ years of experience in Information Technology providing IT support
Experience with Jira and Confluence preferred
Fluency in English is required
