Job description4-6 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role Experience in manufacturing or high-tech assembly environments; familiarity with electronic components preferred Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred) Experience with WMS and ERP / MRP inventory modules; knowledge of barcoding / scanning Understanding of cycle counting and inventory reconciliation Ability to operate or oversee safe use of forklifts and material handling equipment Strong communication and team leadership skills Lead daily warehouse operations – Supervise activities across shipping, receiving, material handling, and kitting / trolley preparation. Manage and develop teams – Schedule, mentor, and train warehouse staff while enforcing safety protocols. Support cycle count accuracy – Oversee daily cycle counts and collaborate with Inventory Analysts to resolve discrepancies. Ensure efficient material flow – Coordinate delivery of materials to production lines, including liquid cooling modules and rack integration projects. Maintain system compliance – Ensure accurate processing of receiving, transfers, and shipments in WMS and ERP / MRP systems. Uphold quality standards – Maintain 5S organization, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with internal and customer requirements. Oversee shipping & receiving – Validate packing slips, BOLs, and customs documents to ensure smooth inbound / outbound logistics.
