As an unarmed patrol officer in a dynamic tech and media environment, you will actively monitor and patrol designated locations to help deter security-related incidents and foster a welcoming atmosphere. Position Type : Full Time

Pay Rate : $25.00 / Hour

Job Schedule :

Monday : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM

Tuesday : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM

Friday : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM

Saturday : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM

Sunday : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around the perimeter to monitor activity and help to deter unauthorized behavior.
  • Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related incidents to the appropriate authorities and / or Allied Universal management.
  • Collaborate with team members and site contacts to address security-related concerns specific to a technology, media, and telecom environment.
  • Follow all company protocols and site instructions to support a secure and welcoming atmosphere for all employees and visitors.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
