Our Company is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Punch Out Technician for our Market Rate apartment community of 270 units in Atlanta, Georgia .

Job Type : Full-Time

Requirements :

• Minimum 1-2 years of related experience
• Apartment industry experience is preferred
• High School diploma, or GED equivalency
• Maintenance knowledge of painting, landscaping, apartment fixture repair / replacement is a plus
• Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage time
