Position : Physical Therapist - Outpatient Assistant Center Manager
Location : Goose Creek, SC
Schedule : Full-time, Mon-Fri
Compensation : Salaried (pending experience)

Our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is hiring a physical therapist to lead and deliver an exceptional patient care experience as an Assistant Center Manager. In this role, you will help oversee our outpatient therapy team. This position is a platform for the training and development needed to be considered for a promotion to a center manager role.

Offer coaching, guidance, support, and training for staff development and growthAssist leadership in growing both the center and market through program and business developmentSupport employee engagement and retention effortsAssist with the management and resolution of employee relations issuesHelp develop strategies to increase profitabilityProvide an exceptional patient care experienceQualifications
Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapyValid State Physical Therapy LicenseOne (1) year of experience as an outpatient physical therapistCPR CertificationAdditional Data
