Facilities Management Assistant - Building Operations

Keep our hospital running smoothly behind the scenes. The Facilities Management Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and compliance of Woman's Hospital's physical environment. This position supports all aspects of our computerized maintenance systems, reporting, and departmental operationshelping us deliver excellence in every corner of our hospital.

Requirements :

• Education : High School diploma or equivalent is required. Completion of at least one year of business or administrative coursework preferred.
• Experience : Minimum of two years of experience working with computer systems, including proficiency in word processing, data entry, and report generation. Experience in maintenance, facilities management, or healthcare operations preferred.
• Knowledge & Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication with strong grammar and proofreading skills. Demonstrated ability to compile numerical data and generate reports using computer systems. Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. Customer service skills to effectively interact with both professional and non-professional staff. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CMMS or similar maintenance software highly desirable.

Responsibilities :

Hours : Full-Time; Days

Monday - Friday

Pay Range : Hourly / Non-Exempt Position

$14.18 - $21.00
