Position Overview :

ATC Healthcare Services is seeking a Medication Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in long-term care, home health, or assisted living settings, and will be responsible for the safe preparation and administration of medications under supervision.

Responsibilities :

Administer medications accurately and in accordance with facility and state regulations

Monitor and document medication administration and resident responses

Maintain medication records and assist with reconciliation

Support nursing staff and assist residents with daily care needs

Work weekends and holidays as required

Qualifications :

CPR and First Aid Certification

Medication Dispersal Certification (New Jersey)

6 months or more of experience as a Medication Technician

Prior experience in long-term care, home health, or assisted living

Availability for weekends and holidays

Certification Eligibility (as per NJDOH) :

Must be currently certified in New Jersey as a Nurse Aide  ,  Personal Care Assistant (PCA).

Must complete an NJDOH-approved Medication Aide training program.
