About the Role :
The Financial Controller plays a pivotal role in overseeing the financial health and integrity of the organization by managing all accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining robust financial controls, preparing detailed financial statements, and conducting comprehensive audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The Financial Controller will lead the cost accounting processes, analyze balance sheets, and manage payroll tax obligations to optimize financial performance. By collaborating closely with senior management, this role supports strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis and reporting. Ultimately, the Financial Controller ensures the organization's financial practices are efficient, transparent, and aligned with business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Preferred skills like ERP system expertise and leadership capabilities enhance the ability to streamline financial processes and lead teams efficiently, contributing to the overall financial stability and growth of the organization.
Monday - Friday (On Site Only) 8-5pm, Overtime may be necessary as required for salary position
