CPA Licensed Accounting Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the integration of acquisitions into the monthly close process

Oversee the monthly close process, including analysis, general ledger entries, and reconciliation review

Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with SOX requirements

Required Qualifications

BA / BS in Accounting / Finance and CPA required

5+ years of experience in accounting or financial audit, preferably with Big 4 and private industry

Strong leadership and organizational skills with proven team management experience

Knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements

Excellent Excel / Microsoft Office skills
