Position : Capital Markets Deal Execution and Investment Management Intern.

Location : Hybrid (3-days in our Sandy Springs office / 2-days remote).

About : This position will be working on our Capital Markets team reporting to out VP of Capital Markets.

Our Internship Program will run from May 18 2026-August 7 2026

Internship Description :

The intern will support the Capital Markets team in their deal execution efforts. These deals include asset-backed securitizations forward flow sales and bespoke asset addition to front-end deal execution support the intern will also assist with post-closing investor reporting.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Attend daily team meetings which include GreenSky Executive Leadership and Deal Team.
• Develop a conversational knowledge level of market trends and GreenSky organizational practices.
• Create improved investor and rating agency informational materials and pitchbooks.
• Support investor diligence efforts by collaborating with various members of the organization to compile pertinent materials.
• Design an optimized Capital Markets investor reporting tracking system to maintain record of engagement.
