As an Advanced Practice Esthi Instructor, you will lead and mentor our students, fostering a positive and enriching learning environment both on the clinic floor and in the classroom. • Key Responsibilities :
• Coach and Educator :
• Inspire and educate students, ensuring they master the necessary skills and terminology to become proficient estheticians.
• Collaborative Partner :
• Work with school management and student services to maintain an exceptional student experience and a clean, professional environment.
• Continuous Learner :
• Attend ongoing education sessions to stay updated with industry trends and bring fresh knowledge to the classroom.
• Progress Monitoring :
• Regularly update the School Manager and Student Services on student progress and development.
• Classroom Preparation :
• Set up and maintain a conducive classroom environment for effective instruction.
• Individual Attention :
• Provide extra support to students needing additional assistance, always being available to address their concerns and questions.
• Technical Training :
• Equip students with essential skills in sales, up-servicing, pre-booking, and goal setting for their professional success.
• Curriculum Adherence :
• Follow Nova’s curriculum and lesson plans, utilizing the approval process for any modifications.
• Grade Management :
• Key in student grades and deliver grade sheets to students in a timely manner.
• Roles and Responsibilities :
• Perform tasks of an Academic Leader
• Represent instructors, students, and the school
• Promote a positive and professional school culture
• Qualifications :
• Valid Instructor’s License or 2,700 hours working in Advanced Practice Esthetics
• Teaching experience in Esthiology or related fields
• Practical experience in the beauty industry
