Key Responsibilities

Digital Lobby Experience / Video Wall (Legacy Wall) Management :

• Lead the full project lifecycle from scoping and planning through execution and launch.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and IT teams to gather requirements and align content strategy.
• Coordinate storytelling and content ingestion from various partners ensuring brand alignment.
• Research and recommend optimal technology solutions including hardware and software platforms with intuitive usability.
• Manage vendor selection, procurement, and coordination with external suppliers.
• Oversee budget and timeline to ensure on-schedule and on-budget delivery.
• Deploy digital content at key locations, documenting processes to support scalable rollouts.
• Create an implementation playbook for future expansions.
