Job Description & Requirements Specialty : PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care Discipline : RN Start Date : 12 / 01 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days Employment Type : Local Contract Job Title : Registered Nurse - Pediatric ICU (Preceptor) Facility : Harlem Hospital Center Location : New York, NY 10037 Contract Duration : 13 Weeks Schedule : 12x3 / Day 7 : 30 AM-8 : 00 PM Required Skills & Experience : Minimum 2 years of Maternal and Child experience . Minimum 2 years of IV insertion and Phlebotomy experience . Minimum 2 years of Conscious Sedation experience . Preferred Skills & Experience : Experience in a pediatric critical care environment. Prior preceptorship or nurse educator experience. Education Requirements : Required : Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN / ADN) from an accredited nursing program. Preferred : Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN). Certifications & Licensure : Required : Valid New York State RN License . Primary Source Verification of license and registration with the NYS Department of Education (NYSED). AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
