Position Overview
In this role, you will work closely with our Lead Registered Dental Assistant and Dentist, contributing to our patients' overall well-being. Your responsibilities will include chairside assistance, patient care, education, laboratory tasks, and administrative duties. You will also be cross-trained to assist with front office tasks, all dedicated to maintaining our 5-star patient experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for patients during their visits.
- Gather and document patients' medical histories for dentist reference.
- Perform dental imaging, including x-rays and impressions.
- Manage patient records with accuracy and complete dental charting.
- Prepare and organize instruments for dental procedures.
- Administer topical anesthetics and assist with clinical procedures.
- Support the dentist during treatments by handling instruments and materials.
- Educate patients on effective dental care practices.
- Create temporary crowns and assist with dental preparations.
- Follow strict infection control protocols to meet industry standards.
- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment to ensure patient safety.
- Provide support across various clinic areas as needed.
- Engage in community outreach activities as required.

Minimum age of 18.High School Diploma or equivalent.Bilingual (English / Spanish) is preferred.Active RDA certification and license required upon hire.At least 1 year of dental office experience is highly preferred.At least 1 year of patient care or customer service experience is highly preferred.Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including data entry.Reliable transportation and availability to work clinic hours, including Saturdays.If you are ready to make a positive impact on patients' lives and grow your career, we encourage you to apply today!
