Job description

An outstanding Southern California health system is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Sterile Processing. This full-time leadership role oversees Sterile Processing operations at two hospital campuses in the South Bay region, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The position works closely with perioperative and interventional leadership, physicians, and clinical teams to support exceptional patient care.

Shift Details

  • Full-time, day schedule
  • Oversight of two Sterile Processing departments

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range : $104,000 to $164,000

    • Your Role

  • Oversee daily operations of Sterile Processing departments at two South Bay locations
  • Develop, implement, and manage operational budgets
  • Partner with surgical and interventional teams to support clinical excellence
  • Lead staff development, training, and performance management initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with national standards and hospital policies

    Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a Healthcare-related field
  • National certification in Sterile Processing (CRCST, CSPDT, CIS, or CSIS)
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Sterile Processing
  • At least 3 years in a supervisory or management role with budget oversight
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
