Job description

We’re partnering with a highly respected global private equity firm that’s looking to add an FP&A Manager to its growing finance team. This role supports the firm’s public investments and consumer services business units and offers the chance to work side‑by‑side with talented leaders who truly invest in their people.

It’s an ideal opportunity for an FP&A professional, or someone with a Big 4 audit or advisory background who wants to move beyond reporting and step into finance.

Highlights

Make an impact : Help shape the financial strategy for two of the firm’s most dynamic business units — providing insight, analysis, and decision support to leadership.

Collaborative culture : Work with an experienced, supportive team that values mentorship, open communication, and professional growth.

Hands‑on and varied : Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning while supporting ad hoc projects that keep things interesting and fast‑paced.

Cross‑functional exposure : Partner closely with teams across corporate finance, accounting, and compensation — you’ll see how every part of the business fits together.

Growth & balance : Hybrid 3 / 2 schedule, competitive compensation, and the kind of benefits and stability you’d expect from one of the top investment firms in the world.

Responsibilities

Compile analysis for the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reporting cycles.

Contribute to long‑term strategic planning and help translate business changes into financial impact.

Partner with key stakeholders to align reporting, budgeting, and compensation planning.

Record journal entries and perform management vs. tax‑basis adjustments as needed.

Support leadership with financial modeling, ad hoc analysis, and presentation materials.

Your Background

5+ years of experience in accounting or FP&A, with at least one year leading or mentoring others.

Big 4 or large public accounting experience preferred — especially those ready to pivot into finance.

Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with Anaplan, Power BI, or Tableau a plus.

Organized, detail‑oriented, and naturally curious — someone who enjoys solving problems and learning the “why” behind the numbers.

A collaborative, low‑ego team player who values doing things the right way and growing together.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary (DOE)

Annual bonus structure with strong upside

Profit sharing plan and comprehensive benefits

Hybrid 3 / 2 schedule with great work‑life balance
