Pay range is $76,000 to $91,000 / year depending on the relevant years of experience.

Principal duties and responsibilities include :
Support Compliance leadership in developing, implementing, and coordinating the Compliance Program to ensure high-quality mental health programs and services.Contribute to the continuous development and implementation of compliance activities including creating and conducting internal audits / chart reviews, gathering up-to-date regulations, completing internal audits, and conducting training.Improve internal audit protocols, support the Compliance Manager in developing corrective action plans, establish effective governance framework, and provide onsite audit support.Perform other duties as assigned by Compliance Manager and Chief Compliance Officer.Knowledge, skill, and abilities required include :
Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, Accounting, or Quality Management or Improvement; or postgraduate professional degree Juris Doctor (JD).Two or more years of full-time experience in a healthcare setting and two or more years of full-time experience in internal / external audit.Proven intermediate proficiency with MS Office, Windows-based databases, and basic internet navigation.Familiarity with documentation for residential treatment, including Crisis Residential, Crisis Stabilization, and Day Rehab.Demonstrated ability to evaluate clinical documentation, organize workload, communicate effectively, use tact, diplomacy, and work effectively with diverse populations.Knowledge of standards of care, regulatory compliance, and risk management for mental health services.Special Requirements : Must pass a criminal records clearance.Physical requirements : Frequent talking and hearing, standing, walking, sitting, pinching, and finger flexion.
