Job Summary
The Director of Perioperative Services provides executive oversight for all surgical and perioperative departmentsincluding ORs, Pre-Op, PACU, Sterile Processing, and related service areas. This leader ensures safe, efficient, high-quality surgical operations while managing staffing, budgets, performance metrics, and regulatory compliance. The role collaborates with surgeons, anesthesia, nursing leadership, and executive teams to drive performance, growth, and best practices across surgical service lines.
Qualifications
- Masters degree required (Nursing, Business, Health Care Administration, or related field)

7+ years of progressively responsible clinical experience
