Summary
Delta Oaks Group is seeking an individual to produce A&E / Civil site design plans in the telecom and renewable energy sectors. Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to jurisdictional design code interpretation, site planning and design tasks, CAD design and production, and client and project stakeholder communication. This position will require a minimum of one year (1) year of experience (or internships) in the A&E telecommunications, renewable energy, or similar field.
Duties and Responsibilities
The selected individual will be expected to lead projects from commencement to completion, including the ability to :
Required Experience and Technical Skills
Design experience amounting to a minimum of two (2) years practice in the telecommunications / renewable energy field is preferred. Additionally, the candidate should have experience relating to the following :
Education
Bachelors or Associates Degree in a civil engineering, architecture, graphic design, or drafting related field. Similar experience in the telecommunications / renewable energy industry of two years will be considered based on Hiring Manager decision.
Personal Traits
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated worker, capable of operating in a team-oriented environment intended to complete projects effectively and efficiently. He / She should have strong interpersonal skills, as this position requires working and interacting with fellow co-workers on a daily basis. This person should be a self-starter, with a focus on company and career advancement though diligent work, technical competence, and client satisfaction.
Travel
Some travel, approximately 10-20%, will be required.
