Description :
Position available for a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
The shift consists of five 8-hour days from Monday to Friday.
Candidates with a minimum of one year of experience are preferred.
First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
BLS certification is required.
Occasional Saturday coverage will be necessary for on-call responsibilities.
Clinician may float within their scope to meet facility needs.
Local candidates are accepted; however, pending state licenses cannot be accepted.
A comprehensive understanding of a variety of diagnoses is essential as this role involves working with a diverse patient population.
Daily patient census is expected to be around 12 patients.
This role includes responsibilities such as patient assessment, individualized care plans, and rehabilitation techniques.
The ideal candidate will possess skills in manual therapy and have experience with various therapies related to outpatient care.
Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong time management and communication skills.
Floating to other departments or affiliate locations may be required based on hospital needs.
A strong commitment to patient care and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is crucial for this role.
