Job descriptionLovelace Medical Center is an acute care hospital, with 263 licensed beds, providing comprehensive care, including around-the-clock emergency care, surgical services, non-invasive robotic spine surgery, stroke care, radiology, and oncology services. Responsible for performing MRI cross-sectional imaging and other related procedures as directed by a licensed physician. Operates and monitors MRI equipment. May assist in other areas as requested. Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety. Associate degree in Radiologic Sciences or equivalent Radiology, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, and / or Cross Sectional Anatomy ARRT, ARDMS, or equivalent registered or eligible Full State of New Mexico licensure is required within one year of hire. Must maintain licensure and national certification / registry Bachelor of Science Degree; Formal MRI Education Formal MRI Education Three (3) years of experience in a hospital environment
