Job Summary

• The Engineering and Maintenance Manager will provide daily leadership and long-term vision to the Engineering and Maintenance departments for the Building Wire Plant.
• This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and measuring critical engineering processes and programs in the plant.
• Manages the day-to-day operations of the Engineering department including preventative and predictive programs, reducing cost associated with breakdowns, determining proper staffing, skill levels, and training, and leading the engineering team.
• This position requires a hands-on approach with team members and equipment repairs.
• Responsible for leading the engineering team in process improvement and implementation of manufacturing processes that support all functions of production and lean.
