A company is looking for a Client Service Representative to deliver outstanding support and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and portal requests
Troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and escalate complex issues to the team manager
Build and maintain strong client relationships while collaborating with internal departments to resolve client needs
Required Qualifications :
Proven experience in a client service or customer support role
Ability to work PST hours (8am - 5pm PT)
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
Experience collaborating with internal teams for client resolution
Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for client experience enhancement
