Inventory & Fulfillment Associate
The Inventory & Fulfillment Associate plays a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and streamlining fulfillment operations. This position supports Inventory, Delivery, and Retail departments by upholding high standards of organization, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the supply chain and customer order processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Maintain accurate, organized inventory using FIFO methods, ensuring no expired or damaged products are on shelves or in storage.
- Label products and storage containers in compliance with state and local industry regulations.
- Execute daily cycle counts and maintain detailed records; promptly report discrepancies and low-stock levels to the Supply Chain Director or Inventory Leaders.
- Pick and scan items for in-store pickup, delivery, and express orders; ensure packaged orders are moved to the proper location with receipts attached.
- Organize the Fulfillment Room to ensure efficient and accurate order processing.
- Restock sales floor and fulfillment room according to company policy, ensuring products are properly rotated and labeled.
- Perform data entry with 100% accuracy in systems such as Mondays, Slack, Treez and Metrc.
- Maintain all required inventory records, including chain of custody forms, and procedural checklists.
- Coordinate with Inventory, Retail, Delivery, and Front of House teams to address stock issues, discrepancies, and substitutions for online orders.
- Support and train new and current employees in inventory and fulfillment processes.
- Operate a cash register with accuracy as needed.
- Keep all work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Report damages, theft, or suspicious activity to the Inventory Management team.

- Work at multiple locations as needed.
- Weekend availability required
- Minimum of one bimonthly graveyard shift
