Competitive salary, $130,000 - $165,000 / year, depending on experience plus productivity bonuses

Your Role with the Company

Full-time position, 40hrs / week, no weekends

In-depth training / Fellowship program for NP / PAs as they onboard - Fellowship program lasts 3-9 months out of Cody, WY and Hays, KS

Advance Practice provider will be serving patients in rural communities within Pacific County - mileage will be reimbursed

NP / PA will lead in coordinating comprehensive evaluation and management of patients dealing with chronic pain

Background Profile :

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, functional medicine, spine surgery or family medicine preferred
