Midwest Veterinary Supply is seeking a Delivery Driver for our Norristown warehouse. Load and deliver products in a timely and organized fashion. Adhere to all driving laws and safety practices while reflecting professionalism and courtesy as a representative of Midwest Veterinary Supply to the clinics they serve.

Essential Job Functions :

• Establish a route plan by referencing manifest summary, verify package counts, and load truck accordingly.
• Complete a vehicle inspection (ie. lights, tires, brakes) before every departure.
• Drive assigned truck and deliver products in a safe and responsible manner while adhering to all driving laws.
• Deliver packages to the area designated by the clinic. Recheck package counts and special instructions (ie. COD) and have someone at the clinic sign for the delivery.
• Pick up any preauthorized product returns. Communicate with branch and / or warehouse manager in regard to problems experienced with or expressed by clinics.
• Ensure that the assigned truck is in sound operational condition by scheduling regular maintenance (ie. oil changes) and communicating concerns to the appropriate manager.
