Job description

Join Regal Staffing Services ! We are hiring reliable and motivated Mixer Operators for a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Dallas. This role supports production by preparing, blending, and verifying ingredient batches for nicotine and caffeine pouch products.

Shift & Pay :

  • 1st Shift : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM, Monday–Friday
  • Pay : $20.00 per hour
  • Environment : Non-climate-controlled warehouse.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Measure, blend, and load ingredients per batch recipes.
  • Operate mixers and monitor product consistency.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment; follow GMP and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with material handlers and QC staff.

    • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of production or mixing experience (chemical or lab preferred).
  • Knowledge of GMP, safety, and chemical handling procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
