Director of Reimbursement

A company is looking for a Director of Reimbursement (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Oversee government payor reporting and ensure timely filing of cost reports

Manage invoicing and compliance for non-patient care service agreements

Lead staff development and cross-functional collaboration on reimbursement matters

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, health or public administration, or related field

Master's Degree in business, health or public administration, management, or related field preferred

Minimum ten (10) years of relevant work experience required

Experience with CMS or as a Medicare Auditor Contractor preferred

Advanced knowledge of CMS and state Medicaid reimbursement principles and practices
