Main responsibilities :

  • Lead and coach the maintenance team.
  • Ensure equipment is maintained to food safety and performance standards.
  • Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinate with production, QA, and sanitation on repairs and upgrades.
  • Maintain budget control and manage spare parts inventory.
  • Support capital project development and implementation.
  • Ensure SOX and safety compliance in all maintenance practices.
  • Participate in audits and inspections.
  • Track and report on maintenance of KPIs and equipment reliability.
  • Schedule and oversee contractors and outside vendors.
  • Train staff on troubleshooting and new equipment.

This role is based in Bellevue, WA.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following :

  • 5+ years in maintenance supervision in food or CPG environment.
  • Strong electrical, mechanical, and automation systems knowledge.
  • CMMS or EAM system experience.
  • Understanding of OSHA and food safety standards.
  • Project management and capital planning experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

    The salary range is $110,000 to $150,000 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.

    Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay (accrued based on hours worked), PTO / Vacation Pay (accrued based on hours worked) or Flexible Time Off, paid holidays (9 days annually), bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (pension and / or 401k eligibility).
