Job description

Job Description :

  • We are seeking a professional with 3-5 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry, possessing strong commercial pharma knowledge.
  • The candidate must be proficient in Veeva CRM, IQVIA, Symphony, and digital marketing data and have experience working on HCP & HCO-related work items.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage operational requests and enhancements.
  • Maintain user access for BI systems including QlikSense.
  • Contribute to the architecture of BI databases.
  • Develop custom reports and build reporting tools for end users and other BI analysts.
  • Integrate new data sources into the BI environment (Data Warehousing).
  • Analyze / rebuild existing reports / processes for long-term sustainability.
  • Collaborate with third parties to achieve business goals.
  • Analyze metrics and trends to propose improvements for processes or systems.
  • Design and develop measurements to demonstrate operational effectiveness and productivity.
  • Evaluate the return on investment of special projects and initiatives aimed at system and process enhancements.
  • Create ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Support operations improvement initiatives as required.
  • Coordinate with system users to determine final objectives, desired reports, historical data to be preserved, data sources, etc.

    • Skills Required :

  • Hands-on experience in Data Analytics, ETL, Report development, Production support, Development, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage directly with the business.
  • Experience in building reports using reporting tools like QlikSense, MicroStrategy, ThoughtSpot, etc.
  • Familiarity with performance optimization and tuning techniques focusing on the Qlik technologies stack.
  • Comprehensive understanding of data warehouses and data analysis techniques.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with an ability to interact with clients, internal development staff, and business analysts.

    • Requirements :

  • Commercial pharma knowledge.
  • Veeva CRM, IQVIA, Symphony, and digital marketing data.
