About This Role

Crusoe Energy is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As an Engineering Manager in the Cloud Storage team, you'll be at the forefront of our building high performance distributed storage products, leading a team of talented engineers.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading a World Class Software Engineering Team

• Manage and grow a team of ambitious engineers building core components of our foundational storage products, purpose built for high performance AI and ML workloads
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and support for development by creating tailored career growth paths
• Define clear performance expectations and career goals for your team to foster a high-performing and sustainable organization

Compensation Range : Compensation will be paid in the range of $204,000 - $247,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
