Job descriptionNot less than 10 years of experience in commercial, complex real estate transactions. Florida Bar member in good standing. Ability to manage title and survey issues; highly organized and detail oriented. Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to handle a heavy volume of documents. Excellent benefit package paid for by the firm, including health, dental, STD, LTD, and group life after 30 days of employment. $250,000 personal & $250,000 firm term life after 90 days of employment. Paid parking starting on first day. Ability to work remotely part time. After 1 year, employee is eligible to participate in 401(k) plan; no employer match at this time. Professional liability insurance, CLE, and Bar dues paid by the firm. Fitness center in the building available to employees at no cost. Salary commensurate with experience, with opportunity for incentive compensation.
Overview
Firm based in Tampa seeks a real estate attorney with significant (not less than 10 years) experience in commercial, complex transactions. The projects primarily involve development of multifamily units financed with bonds, tax credits, and conventional debt financing. Must be able to handle title and survey issues and must also be highly organized, and detail oriented. Able to be part of a team and produce heavy volume of documents independently and expeditiously. Must be a Florida Bar member in good standing.
Responsibilities
