Overview
Firm based in Tampa seeks a real estate attorney with significant (not less than 10 years) experience in commercial, complex transactions. The projects primarily involve development of multifamily units financed with bonds, tax credits, and conventional debt financing. Must be able to handle title and survey issues and must also be highly organized, and detail oriented. Able to be part of a team and produce heavy volume of documents independently and expeditiously. Must be a Florida Bar member in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Handle title and survey issues related to complex real estate transactions.
- Contribute to a high-volume workload, producing documents independently and expeditiously.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team on multifamily development projects financed with bonds, tax credits, and conventional debt financing.
Qualifications
Not less than 10 years of experience in commercial, complex real estate transactions.Florida Bar member in good standing.Ability to manage title and survey issues; highly organized and detail oriented.Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to handle a heavy volume of documents.Benefits
