Innovamat is the leading global K–12 edtech startup transforming how mathematics is learned and taught in schools. We bring cutting-edge pedagogy and instructional design into the classroom through a unique, research-backed PreK–8 curriculum that replaces traditional textbooks with hands-on, high-engagement learning experiences.

After launching in the U.S. just two years ago, we’ve already partnered with 60+ public school districts — including Chicago Public Schools — with a 100% pilot-to-adoption conversion rate. We’ve proven product–market fit. Now we’re scaling fast: from 40,000 students today to 200,000+ next year, and far beyond.

We’re a team of 320+ educators and builders across 9 countries, united by one mission: make high-quality math instruction accessible to every student. In the U.S., we’re a hybrid team of ~35 people across New York, California, Chicago, and beyond.

This role is the right hand to the Head of Expansion and a core member of the U.S. expansion team.

You’ll be deeply embedded in the business as a hands-on operator who helps turn strategy into execution. It’s about doing, learning fast, and helping the Head of Atlantic scale what works.

You’ll work across growth, operations, and strategy — building systems, running projects, supporting execution in the field, and stepping in wherever the business needs leverage.

• Act as a force multiplier to the Head of Expansion, helping translate priorities into action

• Own end-to-end execution of key initiatives: plan, launch, analyze, iterate, scale

• Support growth efforts across districts, pilots, and expansion initiatives

• Get hands-on across teams to deeply understand how the business operates

• Turn what works into repeatable playbooks, processes, and tools

• Help move the team from founder-led hustle to sustainable, scalable execution

• Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies — and fix them

• Lead cross-functional projects that don’t have a clear owner but are critical to growth

• Support new market entry efforts, process builds, and operational improvements

• Step into ambiguous problems and bring clarity, structure, and momentum

• Work closely with the Head of Expansion and leadership team on priorities and execution

• Sense what’s happening in the field and surface insights that inform strategy

• Ensure the most important work gets done — proactively!

• Coordinate across teams to maintain momentum and clarity

• Build clear reporting and tracking systems for internal stakeholders

• Help ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and impact

• 2–5 years experience in consulting, banking, investing, ops/strategy, or a high-growth startup!

• Strong individual contributor who enjoys being hands-on

• Exceptional execution skills — you get things done

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

• Clear, confident communicator (written and verbal)

• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments

• Entrepreneurial mindset and high ownership mentality

• Genuine interest in education, impact, and building something meaningful

• Experience in edtech, education, or mission-driven organizations

• Exposure to senior leadership or founder-led environments

• Comfort working with public sector or school districts
