Learn How We Represent San Bernardino County
San Bernardino County Counsel is looking for a Civil Law Student Intern who wants to learn how to serve as the County's legal advisor. This intern will learn how to provide legal advice on civil matters and how County Counsel defends and prosecutes actions on behalf of the County.
The Intern Will Also Learn How Our Deputy County Counsels :
Student Interns may work up to 29 hours per week throughout the internship period.
Intern positions are temporary and do not attain regular status as a County employee. About The Department
County Counsel serves and protects the county, its treasury, and its governing body, by providing timely and accurate legal services and aggressively representing the county in litigation. Legal services shall be performed while maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards while fostering high morale and productivity in the workplace through collaborative efforts dedicated to continuous improvement.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

Minimum Requirements
Must have completed one (1) or more years of law school or be a recent graduate of law school that is accredited by the American Bar Association or the State Bar of California's Committee of Bar Examiners.
