Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 Special Education Teacher position is available on a contract basis for the current school year in Northfield, VT. This role focuses on delivering specialized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs within a structured educational setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals and abilities
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure an inclusive learning environment
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional approaches accordingly
• Maintain accurate records in pliance with educational regulations and policies
• Support students social, emotional, and academic development through targeted interventions
