Role Description

This is a full-time in person role for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, based in Westborough, MA, . The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will be responsible for providing mental health treatment and mental health counseling, facilitating groups, treatment plans, and managing cases. Day-to-day tasks include conducting individual and group therapy sessions, performing assessments, maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Treatment Planning and Case Management
• Knowledge of Mental Health and Psychology principles
• Experience in Relationship Counseling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Licensed as a Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts
• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
